The Mama Club is a weekly event during the school year where teen moms and dads come with their children to connect, have fun, and learn how to be great parents. It is a free night of friends, food, and fun! It’s a place where pregnant or parenting teens can just be themselves. It’s a place where you won’t feel judged, and a place where your child will be loved and cared for.
Take a look at what it’s all about:
Every Tuesday night during the school year, teen parents come for:
- FREE meal
- FREE diapers
- FREE childcare
- LOTS OF FUN
- GREAT talks about parenting
You will meet friends and adults who are ready to encourage and equip you to be a stronger parent. You will laugh, play games, be entertained by the Young Lives team, and walk away each week feeling strengthened.
WHEN IS IT?
Tuesdays from 6-8pm! Check out the schedule here.
WHERE IS IT?
We meet at Connecting Point Church (410 Harvey Rd. in College Station). It’s next to Fazoli’s.
CAN THE FATHER OF MY BABY JOIN ME?
Yes! The dads hang out and eat dinner with the mamas. The Real Men Club meets at the same time as Mama Club. During the evening, the fathers will break out into small groups where they will be supported in becoming even better dads!
IS THERE A COST?
HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE OR GET A RIDE?
Rides to Club can often be arranged. Just call us by 4 PM the Monday before Club to ensure we have enough volunteers to help with transportation. Call (979) 764-6636 or email Melissa@pregnancyoutreach.org for more information on any of the fun of The Mama Club/The Real Men!
