When facing an unplanned pregnancy, it’s normal to be unsure and even a little scared. We want to help you in any way we can. All of our services, whether for your pregnancy, if you choose to parent, or place your child for adoption, are offered free of charge. Find more support here for you.

Receive Pregnancy Support

If you choose to carry to term, we want to help you find the resources to navigate a healthy pregnancy. Here’s a list of our many pregnancy support services:

A caring counselor listens to you without judgment
Help to assess your insurance coverage or apply for Medicaid
Help to locate healthcare services
Answers to your pregnancy questions and options
Transportation to medical appointments if you live in the Bryan/College Station area
Referrals to housing options, especially if you’re in an unsafe situation
Making a plan for your baby

Receive Support If You Choose Parenting

We have several services available to new parents. Here are a few:

The Mama Club – a weekly event for teen moms and dads. Bring your children to connect, have fun, and learn how to be great parents.
The Real Men Club – fathers break out into small groups where they will be supported and encouraged to become even better dads.
The Mama Store – a boutique filled with clothes, toys, diapers, wipes, and other baby necessities.
The Parent Academy – attend parenting classes in your local high school or receive parenting counseling from a staff member at Aggieland Pregnancy Outreach. Earn Mama Bucks or Daddy Dollars to “purchase” items in our Mama Store.
Pregnancy and Parenting Classes – a free monthly class open to anyone in the community.

If you are facing an unplanned pregnancy, have just given birth, or are struggling to parent a young child, you may want to consider placing your child for adoption. We offer a full-service adoption agency that can handle all of the details.

Mama Club

APO helped through the hardest thing I'll probably ever have to go through! The lady I worked with was so much help. They helped me with a lot, from counseling to helping financially. From phones calls, text, emails, and meetings, they always check up on you to make sure things are going ok. They always offer to come to you instead of going into the office. I will forever be grateful for their help. Absolutely loved APO!!!

I was going through a very tough time, and this organization held my hand the whole way. I experienced working with Karla, who by the way is sweet as ever! When I came home from the hospital from having my baby, I was really depressed. I was refusing to talk to anyone because I had just given my baby boy up for adoption. Amazing! My wife and I adopted both of our children through APO. The staff at APO does an amazing job helping birth parents and adoptive families through one of the most difficult and happiest times of their lives. Our connection to APO is an outer circle at best. We are the parents of someone who gave their child up for adoption. I thought my husband and I would have very little interaction with the adoption agency, but I was wrong. This agency's representative has gone above and beyond the paperwork and legalities. She has given godly advice both before the baby was born and continuing long after the adoption was finalized. I know if I called her today she would welcome my call and take the time to address my concerns with prayer and love.
