Employment Opportunities at APO
Administrative Assistant (15-20 hours per week) Greet guests, answer telephones, receive donations, scanning/filing paperwork, computer data entry, other tasks as assigned.
Marketing / Communications / Community Outreach (15-20 hours per week) Social media, Blog writing, ad campaigns, connect with pregnancy centers across the state, represent APO at community events, track ad grant performances.
Child Care Coordinator (3-4 hours per week during school year) Coordinate Child Care for our Mama Club program Tuesday evenings during the school year 5:45 pm – 8:45 pm. Provide oversight and guidance to 20+ Aggie volunteers. Ensure protocols are followed.
Admin Assistant and Child Care Coordinator can be filled by the same person.
